Delivery FAQ

No, Sorry - at this time, we are an online-only store using a number of couriers to ensure fastest possible delivery.

Our delivery fees are based on Australia Post's API. We take into account the size and weight of each item and calculate a shipping cost based on where you live. Deliveries in Sydney are often cheaper then shipping to another state. You can easily calculate how much shipping will be for any item by adding it to your cart and pressing the "Shipping" button and enter your address details.

If you think the shipping rate may be incorrect, give us a call on 1300 353 200 or submit our contact us form and we'll check if the weight and dimensions are correct.

As Australia Post is only able to ship below 22kg we also have fixed costs for orders over this limit. We use TOLL and TNT for these orders. The fixed costs are:

  • $88 for 22-60kg
  • $120 for 60-100kg
  • $200 for 100kg+

I made a mistake in the delivery address I typed at the checkout.

Please let us know immediately, either by sending us a message (login to the site, go to My Account-> View Messages->Send a message), or call us on 1300 353 200, 9.30-5.30 weekdays.

If we have not yet shipped your order, we can correct the address. If the order has already been handed to a courier, we will try to get it re-directed, or returned to us, but we can not accept any liability, or offer any refund/replacement, should the parcel fail to be delivered to you as a result of an incorrectly-given address.

Can you ship to my PO Box or Parcel Locker?

If we have the item in stock we are able to ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker (if the item is not bulky). We may need a physical address if the dimensions are out of our couriers normal requirements.

Our goal is that all on-line orders, for products in-stock with us, received weekdays before Midday Sydney time, are packed for shipping that same day - delivery to you is usually the following business day. Orders placed after 12.00PM, overnight, and on weekends or during public holidays, are packed & shipped the following business day. Note that if you order something that is in stock at our suppliers, if you order a system that requires assembly, or use a payment method other than Paypal or a working credit card, shipping may take longer.

If you need a product urgently, we suggest you first email or call us to check what the processing time is like. Some days are busier then others.

For Sydney customers: Australia Post picks up at 5pm (often 1-2 day delivery).

For customers outside Sydney: Australia Post picks up at 5pm (often 2-5 day delivery depending which state the shipment is being sent to).

  • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers have some size/weight/order value constraints - see above.
  • Postmen & couriers won't ring you before coming to deliver, and they don't deliver on weekends.
  • Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery during business hours, unless mentioned in the order notes.
  • We can't force them to make an appointment with you, or to arrive at a particular time of day
Please use your business address if you can't be home to receive your delivery during the daytime.

No - we don't believe in the "drip pricing" model that the rest of the PC industry seems to have adopted from the airline and ticketing industries, where they hide profit-enhancing surcharges in their checkouts to ensure that a lower-but-unobtainable price appears in the price-search engines that index their sites. Unlike many companies we insure all goods that we ship for no additional charge to you. You do not need to worry about the goods getting lost in transit or damaged by the courier, as our insurance policy covers it. In the unlikely event that something is lost or damaged, we may need you to complete a lost good declaration prior to sending out replacement goods. Also, the courier companies may take some days to do a full trace and investigate the loss prior to authorising us to send a replacement or give a refund.

Please look inside any boxes you receive, even if they do not appear to be the right product. Rather than buy expensive pre-printed boxes, we recycle packaging materials left-over from builds when packing your order, to save the environment and cost, as a lot of products we sell do not come with packaging appropriate for shipping. In the very rare instance when you actually do receive the wrong product, you should contact us for instructions and we'll arrange it's return and replacement at our cost.
