The ANZ Bank network has been down from 11.00AM today, Tuesday 21st July, and since they provide our payment gateway, customers who choose to pay by any credit card will not be able to complete the checkout process successfully.
If you have Paypal, please use that instead. There's no surcharge for Paypal payments.
If you don't have Paypal, please finalise your order using the "Send me a quote" payment method. You can then either give us a call with the card details when it suits you, or use the "send a message" in the Member Area to securely send the card number, expiry date, and CVV.
We'll charge the card manually once the ANZ gets their act together.
Update 22/7: They appear to have fixed this overnight, so the checkout is back to normal and all manual orders have been charged and finalised now.
