| As of January 2006, Corsair offer lifetime warranty service on their memory products. We've now made arrangements with Corsair to improve the level of memory warranty service for our customers so that their downtime is minimised. |
| If you have purchased Corsair memory from us that develops a proven fault within 12 months of invoice date, it will be eligible for immediate swap with us at no cost to you, negating any need to first be returned to the importer for testing and assessment - a procedure that normally takes them at least a week. |
| This service level applies to any Corsair memory still a current product in our list at the time of return, and that has faults confirmed by customers testing one stick at a time in the same slot using a memory test diagnostic tool such as the one recommended by Corsair. RAM that is returned without verified faults and found to be not faulty will incur a charge of $33 to cover return freight, insurance, packaging and our labour for testing time, so it's in your interest to memtest each stick one-at-a-time yourself first. |
| Memory being returned will need to match the serial number stored online in your order on the website. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and must be returned via the online RA system using the original purchaser's details. |
| Memory returned within 1 year of purchase will have the return freight from us back to you handled at no charge. For memory returned more than 1 year after purchase, you will need to pay $33.00 to cover return courier freight, packaging, insurance, and handling costs. |
| Please apply for an RMA number here before returning any RAM to us. All RAM sold in pairs must have both sticks returned for warranty. |
