Um, this isn't really a question, it's more of a general thank you for the excellent and very fast service you provide. You can get the correct parts shipped from Sydney to Canberra faster than a local supplier, which I appreciate, it makes my job of general hardware monkey easier and way less stressful, and I have yet to be dissapointed with any of your products, either purchased for work or for personal use. The prices are very competitive and the range is great.
I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the service I've received
on my first order from you guys. The website is easy to navigate, it was
great to be able to use the direct deposit facility rather than requiring a
credit card and the parts I ordered turned up packaged in a manner that made
me feel very comfortable that there was no possibility of them being damaged
in transit.
Having previously worked in the computer sales industry it's nice to see
that another company has set the high standards that I expected of myself
and my staff. The level of communication was fantastic, I was kept informed
throughout the whole process which is a great comfort, particularly when you

I just wanted to thank you for your very prompt service. I ordered an
'ecube' computer case and VIA EPIA motherboard through your website on
Saturday night. I was expecting it to arrive (hopefully) on Tuesday.

I found your level of service to be impeccable. A much welcome change from
