Yes, it' s not a typo, the freight in Australia is included in our prices. Since freight & packing costs for delivery from other resellers tends to be hidden or overlooked, we have simplified your buying experience by including the freight, from us to you, at no additional charge to our published prices.

The only exceptions we make are for bulky items (cases, monitors UPSes etc) sent to destinations outside the Sydney metropolitan area (the freight will vary according to the size of the box and shipping destination), and that orders need to be above $22.00.

**New Zealand Customers - additional charges may apply as freight is included for Australian destinations only - postage cost can be estimated using the Australia Post website.

Note that in the event of a returned delivery due to change of mind, we reserve the right to deduct the actual freight cost from any refund issued.
