If you decide that you don't want your unused/unopened purchase within 7 days, you may return it for a refund of the product cost less a restocking charge of only 15% + freight. This is offered on the understanding that the product is returned within 7 days of invoice, unused, in it's original packaging, and unopened if sealed by the manufacturer.

If goods are faulty or DOA, we will exchange or refund them - you won't have to wait for a wholesaler to issue RA numbers for DOA goods to be exchanged for used-but-serviceable replacements, as some retailers insist.

Your purchase history is available online, so we don't limit your warranty rights, unlike some retailers, whose only record of your sale is the till receipt they hand you - lose that receipt, and you've lost all your warranty along with it.
