We have staff processing orders from 8.00 AM weekdays until well into the night, and also on weekends - credit card orders for in-stock items are usually invoiced, picked, and packed for collection by couriers within 1-2 hours of being placed during business hours.

Orders for goods in stock at suppliers are filled on average within 5 working hours, as we have two dedicated drivers in vans circulating to local suppliers during the day - 90% of all credit-card orders ship the same day they are placed.

There are two courier pick-ups each day for each of the courier systems we use for local, bagged, and bulky freight.
