The Member Area in our website is your view into our back-end processes, and it allows you to make changes to your orders at any time, right up to when we pick them for shipping, which is something we've seen no other retailers doing.

You can log in and change your address, email, payment method, quantity of goods, and add/delete goods in any order, provided we have not yet picked it for shipping.

There's a chat system built into each order that allows you to leave comments with staff for each order. You'll see serial numbers of your goods appear in your order as it's packed, and we also provide online consignment tracking numbers and links to courier company websites for you to track your order.
